Tablivique delivers exclusively within Hong Kong. We do not accept orders requiring delivery to addresses outside Hong Kong. Local delivery is free, with no separate shipping or handling charges added. Customers should provide complete address information and mention relevant building access requirements when placing their marble dining table order.

Orders generally arrive within 3–4 business days. We use the first 2 business days for internal inspection, preparation, and suitable packaging before dispatch. Delivery then usually requires another 1–2 business days within Hong Kong. Timing may vary when weather, access restrictions, or transport disruptions affect delivery operations.

Tablivique operates exclusively through Cash on Delivery. You pay the complete purchase amount in cash when your marble dining table reaches your doorstep. We do not offer alternative payment methods for orders. There are no additional delivery or Cash on Delivery charges added to the stated purchase amount at handover.

Yes, cancellation is available while your order remains within the preparation stage and has not been dispatched. Dispatch normally occurs after 2 business days. Once the table has been dispatched, cancellation is unavailable. Contact us promptly at marbletops@tablivique.com with your order information if you wish to request a cancellation.

You may submit a return request within 30 days from delivery if the table arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Returns for other reasons are not accepted. The item must remain in its original condition and packaging when prepared for the arranged collection from your address.

We arrange collection from your doorstep at a suitable date and time. After receiving the returned table, we require 1 business day for assessment. An available replacement follows our usual shipping timeline. For refunds, requested bank details are provided by email, with transfers initiated within 1 business day afterward.
